2. Cover the glue tank;
3. Inspect or replace the glue tank;
4. Lower the temperature.
2. Hot Melt Adhesive Gelging Causes: Mixing two immiscible adhesives; overheating; unstable hot melt adhesive.
Solutions:
1. Clean the glue tank, standardize adhesive replacement, contact the supplier;
2. Lower the temperature, clean the glue tank, contact the supplier; 3. Clean the glue tank, contact the supplier.
3. Air bubbles in hot melt adhesive Causes: Inadequate vacuuming of the hot melt adhesive; mismatch between production process and packaging Solutions: Contact supplier, replace adhesive
4. Unstable adhesive spray pattern Causes: Incorrect adjustment of light sensor and control; inaccurate temperature setting; unclean or damaged nozzle
Solutions:
1. Readjust;
2. Contact supplier to set the correct temperature;
3. Clean, inspect, or replace
5. Hot melt adhesive stringing Causes: Operating temperature too low; adhesive temperature in the glue tank too low; spraying time mismatched with carton speed; worn nozzle switch; old adhesive exceeding its service life in the glue tank. Solutions:
1.Increase temperature (Note: Too high a temperature will affect the thermal stability of the adhesive);
2.Preheat;
3.Adjust the machine;
4.Clean and repair the nozzles;
5.Clean the system and add new hot melt adhesive.
